PALIO DI SIENA Collection
The “Palio di Siena” is a medieval-style horse race, held twice
yearly in the beautiful Tuscan city of Siena. "Palio" is the richly
decorated banner presented to the winning “Contrada” (District) of
the race. Seventeen "Contrada", outfitted in the distinctive
insignia of the individual districts, compete for the coveted Palio.
We offer Wall Plates and Coffee Mugs depicting eight “Contrada”
Insignias.
Each
Artistica's Palio wall plate is shipped with an elegant certificate
that recounts the Palio’s History, and confirms the authenticity of
the plate as well as Artistica's authorization to reproduce the
