LIMONI FONDO ROSSO
A new and exclusive design

Specifically created for Artistica by our master artists in Italy, to fulfill Interior Designer’s requests for "true red" themed majolica pieces. This is the result, and the response from this valuable customer segment is just overwhelming! This pattern has remained our #1 collection among Interior Decorator clients, since its premiere in October 2003.

ANTICA MAJOLICA
The “Twisted Handle” Group

Museum Quality Reproductions.
The shapes or patterns of the items featured on this page have been carefully selected and reproduced from antique originals.

Our research team worked tediously to physically recreate the shapes, patterns, and patinas of antique originals, and to preserve the “Old World” elegance.

The twisted handles featured in some of these products, is a classic motif of vessels from the XVI Century..

FOGLIE COLORE Collection
A new and exclusive design from our Florentine master artists

Warm and colorful earth-tones are hand painted on exclusive vessels like those used by Renaissance-era Tuscan farmers. The “Foglie Colore” group features a gorgeous XVI Century “Leaves Design” with three "regal colors": rich blue, golden yellow, and forest green. The two platters (# 96 and # 97) are shipped wall-hang ready, but could be used as a table top centerpiece

VITE AUTUNNO Collection
Exclusive signature collection by Leona

Exemplifying the classic workmanship of our Florentine artisan Leona, this signature collection features a satin glaze effect that adds depth and perspective to the subtle yellows and greens of the masterfully hand painted oak leaves and grapes.
These beautifully executed products were also created using the “Ingobbio” technique described on page 19, the antique Tuscan process that imparts an “Old World” look while adding body to the color. Items like these are very hard to find nowadays, because few modern artisans use the complex technique.
