To return an item please fill out this form completely.

Please wait for our reply via email, for your RAN (Return Authorization Number) prior to ship back to us your package.

If you received a product damaged during shipping, please call us at: (800) 754-5363 so that we can arrange an immediate replacement and place a claim with UPS or FedEx.

Important: Please, make sure to repack the product carefully using all original double-box packaging material. Should you have discarded the original packaging, we strongly recommend to have it packed by a professional shipping outlet such as: UPS Store, Pack & Mail, etc.
Upon receipt of your package we will process the credit to your credit card unless we have already agreed otherwise (product exchange, etc.).
Shipping charges: Please note that as clearly state in our Return/Exchange Policy, shipping charges are not refundable.
