Artistica's layaway system allows you to buy the products that you want by paying for them through manageable monthly payments that you set up to six (6) months.

 No applications to fill out... No Credit check... No Layaway fees... No Interests... No Payments to mail...

Shop our web site, add the product(s) that you wish to buy to the cart, then select the Layaway option during checkout.
No payment nor a Credit Card is due upon check out, and we will promptly contact you within 48 hours to schedule and arrange for your monthly payments.

Please note that a 25% of your total purchase (inclusive of the shipping costs), is due immediately as a deposit, but then you can spread the payment of the balance up to six months.
No pre-payment penalty, and we will ship your purchase once it's paid in full.

Here is the "fine print"...

 The Layaway Agreement:
- The Layaway agreement is a legal commitment between the customer (Buyer) and Artistica, Inc.
  (Vendor).
- Buyer will have to supply a credit card as payments shall be made by credit card only.
- Artistica's will automatically charge the buyer's credit card supplied by the Buyer, on monthly basis
  and accordingly to the layaway plan set by the Buyer.
- Layaway plan is limited to Retail purchases only.
- We may begin layaway payments for items that are not in stock at the inception of the program,
   but that will be available by the end of the scheduled payment plan.
- Vendor agrees to honor original purchase price, even if the item should increase prior to the end of the
  layaway plan.
- Should the item(s) purchased under the layaway plan go "on sale" at a lower price than the one
  purchased, the Buyer, has will have the option to pre-pay in full for the purchase that will be
  discounted to match the current "on sale" price.

Cancellation:
- Buyer can cancel the layaway plan at any time.
- Cancellations to be submitted in writing either by email (sales@artistica.com),
   or by Fax (305/378-0407). Upon Buyer cancellation, the Vendor will have to refund within 30 days
   from cancellation date, the full amount of the payments made by the buyer but the initial 25% deposit
   is NOT refundable.
- The Vendor may cancel the layaway plan only if unable to collect any of the monthly installments
   after a 20 days grace period.

Disputes/Limitation of Liability:
In case of any dispute with Artistica, you agree to tell us in reasonable detail in writing and to give us at least 30 days to resolve it. In any case, our liability is limited to the total amount of the purchase price.
